Known issues

Here the list of known issues, that are very unlikely to be fixed.

#remarks_header[Windows 98 SE]#

  • By design, only one instance of Koda runs at a time: attempting to run Koda a second time activates the first instance; but on Windows 98 SE, a second instance of Koda runs.
  • Koda cannot add icons that are in a running .exe. This includes Koda's fd.exe.

#remarks_header[Windows Vista/Seven]#

  • Koda can load 16-bit icon libraries, but icons from them will not be visible in a form when it is run in Koda, because support for 16-bit libraries was removed in Vista. However, Koda can convert 16-bit icon libraries to 32-bit using the ImageList editor.
