Edit → Cut cuts selected objects to the clipboard.
The substitute controls Menu, ContextMenu, TrayMenu, and ImageList, cannot be cut. If your selection includes one of these controls, cutting intentionally fails.
The keyboard shortcut for this function is Ctrl+X.
