FS#233 - Cannot set OnClick to be none

The OnClick property does not work for me if I choose none. With none I expect that there will be no line GuiCtrlSetOnEvent for that control and for lots of things, like labels, I might not have an event.

I have discovered that setting None for ONClick doesn't override the code generating option of 'generate events for all controls' which I suppose makes sense but in that case the 'none' option should be
me a better description would be 'Generate events even when none specified', but better still would be 'Generate events unless None specified' so that the None option worked as expected (by me I suppose).
